Manlia Scantilla, wife of Didius Julianus (died 193 AD.). AE Sestertius. Obv. MANLIA SCANTILLA AVG. Draped bust right, wearing hair in waved, nearly vertical lines, and fastened in large bun on back of head. Rev. IVNO REGINA SC. Juno standing left, holding patera and sceptre; at feet, peacock standing left, head turned back to catch drops from patera. RIC IV (Did. Jul.) 18a; C. 6. 19.22 g. 28.50 mm. RRR. Extremely rare, with nice olive green patina. Good F.
