Greek Italy. Bruttium, The Brettii. AE Unit, 214-211 BC. Obv. Head of Zeus right, laureate; behind, corn-ear. Rev. Eagle standing left on thunderbolt, wings open; before, cornucopiae; above, star. HN Italy 1978; HGC 1 1366. 6.71 g. 22.5 mm. Lovely green patina with reddish spots. Slightly rough surfaces and minor flaws. VF.
