Vespasian (Divus, after 79 AD). AR Denarius, struck under Titus. Obv. DIVVS AVGVSTVS VESPASIANVS. Laureate head right. Rev. S. C. on shield supported by two capricorns; below, a globe. RIC (Tit.) 63; C. 497. 3.15 g. 19.50 mm. Scarce. A very attractive example, well centred on a broad flan. Lovely old cabinet tone. Good VF.
