Bust of Faustina II, draped, double row of pearls, hair elaborately waved in nearly vertical lines and fastened in a low chignon at back of head round head, down cheek, curls, right. Rev. HILARITAS S C. Hilaritas, draped, standing left, holding long palm, nearly vertical, in right hand and cornucopiae in left hand. RIC III Marcus Aurelius 1642. 29.65 g. 33.00 mm. Dark green patina. Flan-crack, otherwise. VF.
